Grab a buddy and have the time of your life working out! You'll sweat, curse, laugh and bond with your buddy during this class!  With all sorts of equipment at our disposal (tires, battle ropes, TRX bands).  This is a bootcamp you will NOT regret taking!  Sign up NOW!  Childcare will not be available.

RIPPED Water Bootcamp

A mix of high intensity, resistance, and cardio moves in the water.  The water workout promotes building of lean muscle and increased cardiovascular fitness.  The workout is diesnged to incorporate interval training, plymoterics, resistance and a cardio burst!  Participants will use a variety of equipment!  Expect a challenging and FUN workout!  Athletic swimwear or sports bra and spandex is required.  Classes will be held in the lap pool/diving well.  This is an intermediate to high intensity class.  Max of 10 participants so register quickly to reserve your spot.
