Join the IRON FIT CHALLENGE and experience high-intensity, full-body workouts, specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat!  From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscletoning exercises using TRX BANDS, BATTLE ROPES, TRACTOR TIRES, KETTLEBELLS or even the participant's body weight!  Each training session brings its own unique challenges.  These workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

Grab a buddy and have the time of your life working out!  You'll sweat, curse, laugh and bond with your buddy during this class!  With all sorts of equipment at our disposal (tires, battle ropes, TRX bands) THIS is the bootcamp you will NOT regret taking. Sign up NOW!  Childcare is available during this time but you MUST sign up in advance ON YOUR OWN.  Spots are not guaranteed unless you reserve them.

Yoga for the Busy Human Workshop

Let's face it.  Some days we just don't have the time to take that hour long yoga class but find ourselves wishing we could still experience the benefits of it. This Yoga workshop is designed to teach you everything you need to know about how to incorporate Yoga into your every day life without having to attend a daily Yoga class.
