Join the IRON FIT CHALLENGE and experience high-intensity, full-body workouts, specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat!  From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle toning exercises using TRX BANDS, BATTLE ROPES, TRACTOR TIRES, KETTLEBELLS or even the participant's body weight!  Each training session brings its own unique challenges.  These workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

Yoga for Back and Shoulder Pain
Sunday, March 3rd from 1-2pm

Instructor: Whitney Greenwaldt

Cost: $15 Members / $20 Non-Members

The shoulders and back are the most common areas in the body to carry tension and stress. In this workshop we will use the yoga therapeutic strip to explore deep into the muscles to develop mobility, freedom and movement for a happier, more free feeling body. The movements are slow and gentle and suitable for all fitness levels. Spinal strips will be available for $30 (cash or check) if anyone would like to purchase one after the workshop. Deadline to sign up is Friday, March 1st by noon!
