What’s better than transforming your body in just four weeks? Doing it with a friend! Pair up with a spouse, sibling, mom, dad, friend, or co-worker and spend your Tuesday evenings with Personal Trainer, Jen Mielke. You’ll not only spend time together, but you’ll also work out way harder than if you were going through the motions solo! Be prepared to flip tires, swing battle ropes and preform TRX body weight exercises to get an amazing workout! Anything goes in this Buddy Bootcamp! We are only taking the first 10 buddies to sign up. Deadline to sign up is Friday, April 14th

RIPPED Water Bootcamp

RIPPED Water Bootcamp Flyer

A mix of high intensity, resistance, and cardio moves in the water. The water workout promotes building of lean muscle and increased cardiovascular fitness. The workout is designed to incorporate interval training, plyometrics, resistance, and a cardio burst! Participants will use a variety of equipment! Expect a challenging and FUN workout! Athletic swimwear or sports bra and spandex is required. Classes will be held in the lap pool/diving well during swim lessons. This is an intermediate to high intensity class! Max of 10 participants so register quickly to reserve your spot. Deadline to sign up for this class is Friday, March 31st.

Members: $50
Non-members: $70

Feats of Strength 
Challenge yourself by trying a different "Feat of Strength" each week.  Feats include strength, cardio, core, and flexibility exercises.  The MALE & FEMALE with most amount of points at the end of the challenge will win a $100 TARGET GIFT CARD!
$20 for members
$35 for non-members
