A dynamic, invigorating low-impact class using light weights and body resistance to burn fat and strengthen muscles.  Stretching is incorporated during class to increase flexibility.  Participants are encouraged to wear socks with grip on the bottom.

Fight for a killer body! This MMA-inspired, total-body workout uses core conditioning combinations, bodyweight moves, and cardio spikes to harness the power of your core and have you feeling like a total badass. You’ll burn major calories and carve your waist – no equipment needed!

Join the IRON FIT CHALLENGE and experience high-intensity, full-body workouts, specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat!  From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscletoning exercises using TRX BANDS, BATTLE ROPES, TRACTOR TIRES, KETTLEBELLS or even the participant's body weight!  Each training session brings its own unique challenges.  These workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

Restorative Yin Yoga Practice
Sunday, March 11th from 1-2:30pm

“We don't use our body to get into a pose; we use the pose to get into our body.“
In this 1 1/2 hour workshop we will be exploring yin yoga postures.  Yin Yoga deliberately targets the deeper connective tissues. Yin gives your body a chance to open up.  We will cover basic yin poses for the lower and upper body.  Class size is limited to 10 participants.
