(Must live within 20 miles of Safari Island. One 3 day trial membership per household per 12 month cycle. Must be at least 18 years old to activate the 3 day trial membership.)

Membership Packages & Pricing
Receive a discount on Membership with a qualifying insurance!
Enjoy a $20 or $40 monthly discount on membership fees with participating insurance. We currently partner with Blue Cross Blue Shield (MN/ND), HealthPartners, UCare, Preferred One and Medica (one reimbursement per month). Call your insurance provider to see if you qualify.
There is a one-time $59 administrative fee for all monthly membership sign ups. If you choose an annual membership this fee is waived AND you get one month free!
The monthly EFT plan is an ongoing payment plan for memberships. The pre-approved monthly payments are automatically deducted from your checking by providing a voided check. To cancel you must provide a 30 day written notice by coming into the facility and filling out a Safari Island cancellation form prior to your next EFT. Monthly cancellations are not prorated. Verbal, email, fax, letter or phone changes/cancellations are NOT accepted.
Annual memberships do not require a 30 day cancellation notice, but cancellation requests must be made in person. Verbal, email, fax, letter or phone changes/cancellations are NOT accepted. The unused portion of your membership will be returned to member less a $100 cancellation fee. Unused is defined as the future time from when you sign your membership cancellation form.
