Kristi is certified in Personal Training through National Exercise Trainer's Association (NETA). Kristi's goal as a personal trainer is to help others view training as more than just exercise.  She is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys helping others find success through fitness.

Kristi has a M.S. in Human Nutrition, a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science, and is a certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise (ACE). Kristi's goal as a personal trainer is to make exercise fun and to view it as something you "get to do," not something you "have to do!"
