At Safari Island Community Center we want you to be as healthy and fit as possible! We offer the latest fitness classes, equipment, personal training and more to help you achieve your goals.

Group Exercise
Available to ages 12+

Specialty classes are $10/members and $12/non-members

Classes are held on a first come, first serve basis

Childcare is FREE to members; non-members pay daily admission (M/W/F 8:30-11:30am, M-H 4:30-8pm, Sa 8-10:15am)

Weight Room
Safari Island Community Center has cardio equipment and a large selection of strength equipment. Individuals 15 years of age and older are permitted to use the fitness facilities. Children 13-14-year-olds can use the Weight Room with a parent AFTER competing a Youth Orientation. Email Kristi Sherlock (ksherlock@waconiamn.gov) to schedule a Youth Orientation.

Specialty Classes & Incentive Programs
Registration required
ADVANCED registration is required. Class registration will close online 6 hours before the class starts. You can register up until the start of class time at the Front Desk. Both members and non-members can participate in any of our specialty group workouts. Spots are available on a first come, first serve basis.
