Countdown to Lola’s Running and Conditioning Program

Personalized Running Plan + Strength Training Workouts

Lead by Emily Birdsall, this twice weekly, eight-week program instructs runners on specific warm-up activities, yoga and stretching techniques as well as strength and core stability exercises proven to improve performance and reduce likelihood   of injury. Whether you are running your first 5k or looking to decrease your 10 mile / Half Marathon time, this program is for you!

8 Week Program Includes:

Personalized Running Plan: $30 value

2x Weekly Strength Workouts (16 total): $240 value 

Weekly Educational Topics: $80 value

Yoga + Foam Rolling Workshop (April 26th): $20 value

About Emily --- Emily has been running since high school, racing cross-country and track in college, and continuing with everything from 5ks to marathons. She is a certified running coach (RRCA) and has been working with teams and individuals since 2011. She received her personal training certification in 2018. Emily enjoys the benefits that running and strength training brings to the mind and body.

Make YOUR BODY your machine.  Join Personal Trainer, Jen Mielke, in this FUN and CHALLENGING total body workout.  Continuous strength and cardio moves designed to push your physical limits through powerful high intensity moves using TRX straps.

Iron Fit Challenge

Wednesdays 6:05-6:50pm (Beginner Iron Fit)

Join the IRON FIT CHALLENGE and experience high-intensity, full-body workouts specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat!  From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle toning exercises using TRX BANDS, BATTLE ROPES, TRACTOR TIRES, KETTLEBELLS or even the participant's body weight!  Each training session brings its own unique challenges. These workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

Personal Trainer, Kristi Tollefsrud is bringing a new strength and cardio specialty format to Safari Island!  This will be a full body dynamic strength workout combined with short bursts of intensity utilizing our Matrix row machines that will chisel and tone every muscle.
