Personal Trainer, Kristi Tollefsrud is bringing a new strength and cardio specialty format to Safari Island! This will be a full body dynamic strength workout combined with short bursts of intensity utilizing our Matrix row machines that will chisel and tone every muscle.
Iron Fit Challenge
Join the IRON FIT CHALLENGE and experience high-intensity, full-body workouts specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle toning exercises using TRX BANDS, BATTLE ROPES, TRACTOR TIRES, KETTLEBELLS or even the participant's body weight! Each training session brings its own unique challenges. These workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced participants.
Rip & Row / Iron Fit MASH-UP
This is a unique class that combines Rip & Row and Iron Fit Challenge into one amazing workout. Both Jen and Kristi will be leading this class.
*A minimum number of 8 participants are REQUIRED to hold the class. Registration closes the day before each class. If not enough participants register, you will be contacted and class will be cancelled.
