Make YOUR BODY your machine! Join Personal Trainer, Jen Mielke, in this FUN and CHALLENGING total body workout!  Classes held in the gym. Limited to the 5 PARTICIPANTS for each session!

Iron Fit Challenge

Instructor: Jen Mielke

Join the IRON FIT CHALLENGE and experience high-intensity, full-body workouts specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat!  From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle toning exercises using TRX BANDS, BATTLE ROPES, TRACTOR TIRES, KETTLEBELLS or even the participant's body weight!  Each training session brings its own unique challenges. These workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

4 week session: $50 / $70

3 week session: $37.50 / $52.50

Rip & Row

Instructor: Kristi Tollefsrud

Personal Trainer, Kristi Tollefsrud is bringing a new strength and cardio specialty format to Safari Island!  This will be a full body dynamic strength workout combined with short bursts of intensity utilizing our Matrix row machines that will chisel and tone every muscle.

3 week session: $37.50 / $52.50

*NEW DAY/TIME* Monday DROP-IN classes.  Spots will fill up quickly so we encourage you to still sign up in-person or online in ADVANCE.  Max is still 10 participants.

Buddy Bootcamp

Instructor: Shannon Turek

Cost: $10 / $15 (EACH person needs to register)

Buddy Bootcamp is BACK! The Secret to Your Success: Your BFF (Best Fitness Friend). Find one NOW and join us for a drop-in session on Sunday afternoons at 2:15pm in the gymnasium! You'll sweat, curse, laugh and bond with your buddy during this class! With all sorts of equipment at our disposal (tires, battle ropes, TRX bands, row machines). This is a bootcamp you will NOT regret taking! You do need a buddy to sign up for this bootcamp. Each participant still needs to register! We encourage advanced sign up but you do have the option to register the DAY OF and BEFORE the class!
