TRX Training

Make YOUR BODY your machine.  Join Personal Trainer, Jen Mielke, in this FUN and CHALLENGING total body workout.  Continuous strength and cardio moves designed to push your physical limits through powerful high intensity moves using TRX straps.

Iron Fit Challenge

Wednesdays 6:05-6:50pm (Beginner Iron Fit)

Join the IRON FIT CHALLENGE and experience high-intensity, full-body workouts specifically designed to "make it rain" sweat!  From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle toning exercises using TRX BANDS, BATTLE ROPES, TRACTOR TIRES, KETTLEBELLS or even the participant's body weight!  Each training session brings its own unique challenges. These workouts are designed for intermediate to advanced participants.

Personal Trainer, Kristi Tollefsrud is bringing a new strength and cardio specialty format to Safari Island!  This will be a full body dynamic strength workout combined with short bursts of intensity utilizing our Matrix row machines that will chisel and tone every muscle.

Buddy Bootcamp

The Secret to Your Success: Your BFF (Best Fitness Friend). Find one NOW and join us for a drop-in session on Sunday afternoons at 2:15pm in the gymnasium! You'll sweat, curse, laugh and bond with your buddy during this class! With all sorts of equipment at our disposal (tires, battle ropes, TRX bands, row machines). This is a bootcamp you will NOT regret taking! You do need a buddy to sign up for this bootcamp. Each participant still needs to register! Advanced sign up required.  

Join Shannon for a SPECIAL Valentine's Day Buddy Bootcamp on Friday, February 14th from 5:15-6pm.  Childcare is included with the cost.  Must sign up in advance.
